We are the only UK company that can supply Epos software and integrate a unique website with online, and SMS Text Message, ordering. Any product or pricing changes are updated in both the Epos, website and mobile phone.

Website Functionality:
  • Display static pages like about us, contact us, how to order, terms and condition etc.
  • User registration, login authentication, retrieve password, edit profile and view order status.
  • Option to select the order type, whether it is Collect or Delivery. If the order type is delivery, the system would check the customer’s address and notifies whether delivery is available for their location.
  • Browse through category and products available.
  • Select product, choose additional option associated with product and add then to shopping basket.
  • Checkout the order once the shopping basket is finalized, user can proceed to next step.
  • User selects the time of order and confirms the order with delivery and billing address.
  • Online Payment transaction will be done through third party service providers like Protx, Worldpay, Paypal etc.
  • Once the order is confirmed user will receive a thank you email, followed by order confirmation email. Admin will also be notified about the order by an email.

Products/Menu Management:

  • Add / Edit / Delete products
  • Product details include category, name, abbreviation, description, product picture, loyalty & reward points
  • Select attributes and mention any additional cost

Menu Management:

  • Add / Edit / Delete meal timing.
  • Add / Edit / Delete Delivery slot. In brief, it should have option to select meal time, delivery start and end time, delivery closes time, order limit and finally option to specify the week days (Saturday, Sunday) a delivery slot is available.
  • Manage working day slot. This is useful to set the opening and closing time of the shop for a particular day (Saturday, Sunday) of the week.
  • Manage the menu availability. This is used to determine the dishes/products that will be available on a particular day in the online shop. There should be option to tell start and end date, select meal time and option to choose products.

Coupon Management:

  • Add / Edit / Delete Coupon
  • Send to customer by email

Member Management:

  • Add / Edit / Delete member details
  • Option to give discount for particular member.

Newsletter Management:

  • Send newsletter to members about menu and special offers

Reports Management:

  • Daily report
  • Weekly report

Order Management:

  • Confirm online order and send out email to customer regarding order confirmation.
  • View order status and change the delivery status accordingly.
Call Handler Management:
  • Search for members/customer before making orders
  • If new member, then option to add their details to the system. If old customer start ordering the products.
  • Show menu and choose the products as per the order given by the customer.
  • Once the order is finalized, proceed with checkout and order confirmation.

SMS Text Message Ordering:

  • This is an extra. If you want this feature you have to get a account with TxtNation and obtain a keyword from them, then we will code for you.
Chef's Screen and Kitchen Print:
  • If you have a screen in your kitchen, then we can display the online/sms/instore orders display there. If you want printer solution then we can print orders once a new order comes through.

Delivery Manager Screen:

  • A separate login area where a delivery manager / staff can label food packets for deliver, assign drivers/delivery person for orders, view reports etc..

In-Restaurant/Takeaway Epos Touch Screen Terminal:

  • Your current EPOS software will be modified to work in line with the website solution.
  • Updates on your Epos will update the website.
