Table Booking Software
F1 EpoS includes Restaurant Table Booking systems which enable you to manage food ordering at your location. Once a table is allocated it changes colour to red. A click on the selected table will display the current order. You can easily add new food or drink items until the meal is finished. You can split the bill, give discounts or use vouchers. Credit card transactions can be processed using Chip and Pin.
Online Table Booking Software and Systems
We can provide a website or customise an existing web site to include online table booking. The program will offer dates and times and request the number of people. Once this information has been provided, F1 EPoS will check the dates and times and, if available, inform the customer. If a particular time is not available, alternatives will be offered. We can display a diary, by week or month, of available and completed bookings, so the customer can select a free date.
Once a date/time is selected, we can process a deposit by credit card or debit card. The database is immediatly updated and the selected date and booking is marked - not available. The online database is updated and also the local EpoS system or PC/Laptop. You can also take telephone bookings and process them manually. Once accepted, the online database is also updated, needs a broadband connection.
Online Hotel Room Booking Software and Systems
A similar diary program to the Table Booking system enables you to take room booking online. You can use manual checking to approve an application and then email confirmation of booking. Once again a room deposit can be processed and local and internet databases updated with the change of room availability.
Room Pricing The powerful administration back-end enables you to set individual room charges, by days, weeks or the full year. The prices automatically change at midnight each day. Our reporting allows you to see Profit and Loss and room utilisation. This information can help you decide on the most favourable pricing structure.
